WALES COVID-19 UPDATE (22/10/20)

Roofbase – our Cardiff and Swansea branches will remain open for business as usual

In line with the latest Government guidelines for Wales, we wanted to reassure our customers that Roofbase is classed as an essential supplier, meaning we will be remaining open for business as usual!

We are currently fully staffed, and have our usual, reliable levels of stock available in both our Swansea and Cardiff branches. Our delivery drivers are here, ready to deliver your orders to site, or you are welcome to come in and collect your materials in store, with help from our friendly, knowledgeable staff.

We are continuing to follow our strict customer service procedures:

• We are allowing just one customer at a time on our premises so we respectfully ask companies to only send one operative to collect products from our branches.
• We are offering the facility for you to email or phone your order through in advance and we will then have it ready for collection, minimising the time spent in branch.
• For deliveries, we ask that everyone follows the 2 metre ‘social distancing’ rules for our delivery drivers on site.
